I have been searching for a gluten free, yeast free breakfast recipe that is also high protein. This porridge is it!
On my never-ending quest to determine which foods agree with me, I’ve begun to suspect that maybe instant yeast and I don’t get along. At the same time, I’m also consistently lacking in protein and too much dairy gives me rashes under my eyes. Ugh.
This makes breakfast difficult, as I have been relying on my gluten free buckwheat bread for morning toast for a while now. Before that, I was having lactose free Greek yoghurt and berries. I was running out of options!
