Oat flour dumpling wrappers
A delicious wheat free or gluten free recipe for xanthan gum free dumpling wrappers.
These dumpling wrappers are wholly inspired by the gluten free dumpling wrapper recipe on my website. This version is made with majority oat flour (I must insist you use store bought here) along with tapioca flour and psyllium husk powder. They are xanthan gum free, egg free, nut free and vegan.
In Australia, oats can be considered wheat free but not gluten free. They contain a protein called avenin which is similar to gluten and may cause reactions in coeliacs. So, these might be gluten free or wheat free depending on where you live and how you tolerate oats and oat flour.
