Low FODMAP garlic chilli noodles (using rice drop noodles)
A quick and easy midweek recipe that uses delicious store bought rice drop noodles. Gluten free, vegan and ready in 10 minutes.
I absolutely love going to Asian supermarkets and my favourite one in Melbourne is KFL in Springvale. There are so many interesting things to discover that are entirely new to me. On my most recent visit, I came across these banh lot rice drop noodles (Tan Thanh Cong brand).
The noodles are in the refrigerated section and are made with rice flour, water and oil. They have a springy, chewy consistency and are easily cooked by pouring boiling water over them.
