Gluten free chocolate mug cake using butter (egg free, vegan option)

A buttery, delicious adaptation of my original gluten free chocolate mug cake recipe. Dare I say, I like it better than the original!

Ever since I got started making mug cakes, I am the world’s biggest fan. As someone who has spent large swathes of their adult life living alone, a mug cake is the absolute perfect dessert. Small enough for one without leaving me with a whole cake leftover. And if I may, this mug cake is the most chocolate cake like version I have developed.
